1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Shaimsokhiss. By accessing our website, purchasing our digital educational vouchers, or using our USSD service (*920*277*13#), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Shaimsokhiss operates as an electronic retailer of digital educational and examination vouchers in Ghana (including, but not limited to, WAEC, NOVDEC, and CSSPS School Placement Checkers). Our service facilitates the swift purchase and digital delivery (via SMS, Email, and web portal) of these pins and serial numbers.

3. Purchasing and Payments

  • Currency & Pricing: All listed prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of any applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments primarily via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) through integrated, secure payment gateways.
  • Authorization: By submitting a payment request, you confirm that the mobile money account or payment method being used is yours, or that you have the explicit authorization of the account holder.
  • Order Fulfillment: An order is only considered complete and fulfilled once the payment gateway successfully clears the transaction. Upon clearance, the digital voucher will be dispatched instantly.

4. Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

Given the nature of digital goods, strict rules apply to refunds:

  • Final Sales: Because PINs and Serials are instantly exposed upon purchase and cannot be safely returned to inventory, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once a valid voucher has been delivered.
  • Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
    1. Your account was successfully charged, but our system completely failed to deliver a voucher (after confirming via our Support team and Retrieve portal).
    2. The provided voucher was demonstrably invalid or already used prior to the timestamp of your purchase (subject to verification with the issuing examination body).
  • Claim Window: Any claims regarding invalid pins or non-delivery must be submitted to our Support team within 48 hours of the transaction. Claims made outside this window will not be entertained.

5. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features (such as the Referral Dashboard or Voucher History), you may be required to register an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Shaimsokhiss platform to:

  • Engage in any fraudulent transaction, including the use of unauthorized or stolen Mobile Money accounts.
  • Attempt to bypass, hack, or exploit the platform's payment validation, USSD gateway, or voucher delivery systems.
  • Resell, distribute, or sub-license our vouchers on a commercial scale without an explicit, written B2B partnership agreement with Shaimsokhiss.
  • Use our systems to transmit malware, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any referral balances, and potential criminal prosecution under the Cyber Security Act, 2020 (Act 1038) of Ghana.

7. Referral Program

Our "Earn While They Learn" referral program is provided as a courtesy to active users.

  • Rewards are granted solely for successful, fully paid purchases made by new users via your unique tracking link.
  • Shaimsokhiss reserves the right to withhold rewards, ban accounts, and reverse balances if we detect fraudulent self-referrals, bot activity, or abuse of the system.
  • We reserve the right to alter the reward percentages, or suspend/terminate the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shaimsokhiss and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. We are specifically not liable for:

  • Network downtime, Mobile Money delays, or API failures originating from third-party telcos (MTN, Telecel, AT).
  • Issues originating from the issuing bodies (e.g., WAEC or CSSPS portals being offline or rejecting valid pins due to their own system errors).
  • Unauthorized access to your email or phone leading to the theft of your purchased vouchers.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Accra, Ghana. We encourage users to contact Support to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing formal legal action.
